Staff was extremely nice and seemingly intelligible. Unfortunately my ring didn’t cost enough to justify resizing cost ($100 for a very intricate tiny white gold band) but they knew their stuff and even tried to talk me out of it before even getting the price since it’s just a little snug. I will definitely go back

I’ve had a couple things fixed here and they do an excellent job! They have a great attention to detail. When I accidentally cracked my engagement ring open, they fixed it so well I can’t even tell there was ever a problem and my ring has been sturdy ever since!

Highly, highly recommend - staff was so nice, professional and some serious repair work was expertly done at a very reasonable price. I wish I had a before picture to show this dramatic transformation, but I had so severely bent my grandmother's ring on a car door that the stone was falling out and it was completely the wrong shape. My ring came back looking completely brand new and better than I've ever seen it - I couldn't be happier!

I have done business with Victor for years in all of his various watch companies and I cannot say enough nice things about the quality of his work and his customer service. He is the only person that I will trust my vintage watches to as well as my Rolex. I highly recommend him!

First used this jeweler after moving to Littleton from the DC area. My husband needed a watch band repaired and I had a watch that had sentimental value to me and I had been told back East that it was not "worth" repairing. Littleton Jewelry did an excellent job repairing both with honesty and at a reasonable price. Today I needed my engagement ring checked for stability before passing it down to my daughter and cannot tell you how much I appreciate this business!! Very professional yet caring about their customers will make me keep coming back for any jewelry needs.

I came to Littleton jewelry with a half baked idea for an engagement ring and a couple gemstones that may or may not have been real. Littleton jewelry, at absolutely no cost, told me exactly what the gems were and even helped me pick out the best one. From there, Khanh was able to take my fever dream of a ring and turn it into an absolutely gorgeous design. Just a short time later, that design became a reality (with a lifetime warranty and appraisal to boot), and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I got the ring for my fiancé from this wonderful shop three years ago with the intention of proposing to him the next summer. Covid put a damper on that plan, but I finally got to ask him to marry me this last weekend! And I wanted to get a ring as well, so we came right back in to choose mine. Both times they were so friendly and helpful. The fact that I was excited to come back here three years later is probably a good indicator about how much I enjoyed this place 🙂 They had really stylish men’s rings and were very knowledgeable about materials. Highly recommend!

I brought in my 20+ yo Omega Constellation w concerns that it had stopped running even w a new battery. I was prepared to have it overhauled to find out what was wrong. Their watch master, Ty, was so friendly and immediately began working on my watch. Admittedly I haven’t always replaced the battery at ‘fancy’ shops. Ty didn’t give me any trouble about that, especially when we realized that the current battery was being held by tape! Ugh. Ty replaced the battery and battery arm, and tightened a screw, all for $35. I was expecting to pay 10x that for the overhaul. My watch is running like her old self again. The shop is lovely, has beautiful jewelry, and the owner welcomed me as if I had known him for years. I will return here for my jewelry and watch needs. I’m a new and very satisfied customer!
